- Cancel 30 or more days before departure for a full refund.
- Cancel 7 to 30 days before departure for a 50% refund.
- Cancel within 7 days of departure and the deposit is not refunded.
Cancellation
- 30 days or more before departure — full refund, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already paid on your behalf (permits, internal flights).
- 15–29 days before departure — 50% refund.
- Fewer than 15 days before departure — no refund.
To cancel, email us. The date we receive your message is the date we use. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
If we cancel a departure, you receive a full refund or a transfer to another departure at no charge.
Your deposit is included in any refund above — we do not keep it.
